Watts indicate the electricity consumption of a light unit, while lumens indicate the amount of light it produces. Therefore, a higher wattage does not always mean stronger illumination.
For example, if you have two products with a 10-watt capacity, and the first provides 700 lumens while the second provides 900 lumens, the second product will emit more light despite having the same electricity consumption.
When comparing lighting products, look at the lumens to determine the amount of light and the watts to determine consumption. Then, check the color temperature and beam angle according to the needs of the space.
