Shipping and delivery policy

Shipping and delivery policy is a set of terms and requirements that define the process of shipping and delivering products to the customer.

 

• Shipping and delivery time is from 3 to 7 working days to all cities in Saudi Arabia.
• Shipping and delivery period within one working day for the city of Riyadh only.
• Upon purchase, the shipment number and tracking link will be sent by SMS to the customer by the shipping service provider.
• For any inquiries regarding the date of receipt or delay of the order, the customer must contact the shipping service provider directly.
• The customer cannot receive the order himself or deliver the returned products to Zamil warehouses 

1) Return policy

The return policy is a set of conditions and requirements that determine the process of returning products after they are received by the customer.

the conditions

• The customer can return the product and recover the amounts paid only during the warranty period, which is a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
• At the end of the warranty period, the product return request will not be accepted.
• Returned products must be in good condition and in their original or similar packaging to prevent damage during return shipment.
• The return request will not be accepted completely until after the product has been received by Zamil Lighting and the condition of the returned product has been carefully verified.
• In the event that the returned product is damaged, it will not be replaced or refunded, and the customer will bear the cost of returning shipping to it.
• The procedures for returning a product are not initiated until after the customer contacts the technical support team.
• Gifts and free products are not returned.

Return procedures:

• The customer should contact the technical support team
• The technical support team will send you a bill of lading with instructions on the return procedure.
• The customer has to affix the bill of lading to the product
• The customer will be contacted by the shipping service provider

Cases in which the customer can return the product 

• Returns because the customer does not want the product
• Return for the customer's desire to replace the product with another product
• Return of a product with manufacturing defects or damage from shipment

2) Cancellation Policy

A cancellation policy is a set of terms and requirements that define the process of canceling a purchase.

the conditions

• The warranty period is valid.
• Cancellation prior to shipment.

 

Cancellation procedures:

• The customer should contact the technical support team

Cases in which the customer can cancel the purchase of the product.

• Cancellation before the shipment process because the customer does not want the product
• Cancellation of a defective product that was not shipped with the order
• Cancellation of a product that was not shipped with the order, and another product was shipped by mistake, with the return of the product that was received by mistake

3) Replacement policy

The replacement policy is a set of conditions and requirements that define the process of exchanging one product for another.

the conditions

• The customer can exchange the product only during the warranty period, which is a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
• At the end of the warranty period, the request to replace the product will not be accepted.
• Returned products to be exchanged must be in good condition and in their original or similar packaging to prevent damage during return shipment.
• The replacement request will not be accepted completely until after receiving the product to be replaced by Al-Zamil Store and verifying its condition accurately.
• In the event that the product to be replaced is damaged, the amount paid will not be replaced or refunded, and the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping the product to be replaced.
• Replacement procedures are initiated only after the customer contacts the technical support team.
• Gifts and free products are not exchangeable.

Replacement procedures:

• The customer should contact the technical support team.
• The technical support team will send you the bill of lading with general instructions on the procedures.
• The customer must stick the bill of lading on the product to be returned.
• The customer will be contacted by the shipping service provider to receive the reference product.
• After confirming the condition of the returned product and that it is in good condition, the replacement product will be shipped.

Cases in which the customer can exchange the product.

• Replacement before the shipment process because the customer does not want the product.
• Replacement for a defective product that was not shipped with the order.
• Replacement for a product that was not shipped with the order, and another product was shipped by mistake, with the return of the product that was delivered by mistake.

4) Refund policy

Refund policy is a set of terms and requirements that define the refund process.

the conditions

• The customer can recover the amounts paid for the cancellation or return process only during the warranty period, which is a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
• The refund period according to the payment method is as follows:

1. Visa: within 15 working days
2. Extent: within 5 working days
3. Apple Pay: within 15 business days

• Upon expiry of the warranty period, a refund request will not be accepted.

 

Refund procedures:

• The customer should contact the technical support team
• If the customer wishes to cancel or return and the conditions for that are met, the amounts paid will be returned according to the period indicated in the conditions.

١) سياسة الإسترجاعسياسة الإسترجاع هي مجموعة من الشروط والمتطلبات التي تحدد عملية إسترجاع المنتجات بعد إستلامها من قبل العميل.الشروطيمكن للعميل إسترجاع المنتج وإسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة خلال فترة الضمان فقط وهي مدة 7 أيام من تاريخ إستلام المنتج.عند انتهاء فترة الضمان لن يتم قبول طلب إسترجاع المنتج.يجب أن تكون المنتجات المسترجعة في حالة جيدة وفي تغليفها الأصلي أو تغليف مماثل يمنع تضررها أثناء إعادة الشحن.لا يتم قبول طلب الإسترجاع بشكل نهائي إلا بعد إستلام المنتج من قبل الزامل للإنارة و التحقق من حالة المنتج المسترتجع بشكل دقيق.في حال تضرر المنتج المسترجع فإنه لا يتم إستبداله أو إسترداد المبلغ المدفوع ويتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة الشحن إليه.لا يتم البدء في إجراءات إسترجاع منتج الا بعد تواصل العميل مع فريق الدعم الفني.لا يتم إسترجاع الهدايا والمنتجات المجانية.إجراءات الإسترجاع:على العميل التواصل مع فريق الدعم الفنيسيقوم فريق الدعم الفني بإرسال بوليصة الشحن مع إرشادات حول إجراءات الاسترجاع.على العميل إلصاق بوليصة الشحن على المنتجسيتم التواصل مع العميل من قبل مزود خدمة الشحنالحالات التي يمكن فيها للعميل إسترجاع المنتج الإسترجاع لعدم رغبة العميل في المنتجالإسترجاع لرغبة العميل في إستبدال المنتج بمنتج آخرالإسترجاع لمنتج به عيوب مصنعية أو تضرر من الشحن٢) سياسة الإلغاءسياسة الإلغاء هي مجموعة من الشروط والمتطلبات التي تحدد عملية إلغاء عملية الشراء.الشروطأن تكون فترة الضمان سارية.الإلغاء قبل عملية الشحن. إجراءات الإلغاء:على العميل التواصل مع فريق الدعم الفنيالحالات التي يمكن فيها للعميل إلغاء شراء المنتج .الإلغاء قبل عملية الشحن لعدم رغبة العميل بالمنتجالالغاء لمنتج ناقص لم يتم شحنه مع الطلبيةالالغاء لمنتج لم يتم شحنه مع الطلبية وتم شحن منتج آخر بالخطأ مع إرجاع المنتج الذي تم إيصاله بالخطأ٣) سياسة الإستبدالسياسة الإستبدال هي مجموعة من الشروط والمتطلبات التي تحدد عملية إستبدال منتج بمنتج آخر.الشروطيمكن للعميل إستبدال المنتج خلال فترة الضمان فقط وهي مدة 7 أيام من تاريخ إستلام المنتج.عند إنتهاء فترة الضمان لن يتم قبول طلب إستبدال المنتج.يجب أن تكون المنتجات المسترجعة المراد إستبدالها في حالة جيدة وفي تغليفها الأصلي أو تغليف مماثل يمنع تضررها أثناء إعادة الشحن.لا يتم قبول طلب الإستبدال بشكل نهائي إلا بعد إستلام المنتج المراد إستبداله من قبل متجر الزامل و التحقق من حالته بشكل دقيق.في حال تضرر المنتج المراد إستبداله، فإنه لا يتم الإستبدال أو إسترداد المبلغ المدفوع ويتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة شحن المنتج المراد إستبداله اليه.لا يتم البدء في إجراءات الإستبدال إلا بعد تواصل العميل مع فريق الدعم الفني.لا يتم إستبدال الهدايا والمنتجات المجانية.إجراءات الإستبدال:على العميل التواصل مع فريق الدعم الفني.سيقوم فريق الدعم الفني بإرسال بوليصة الشحن مع إرشادات عامة حول الإجراءات.على العميل إلصاق بوليصة الشحن على المنتج المراد إرجاعه.سيتم التواصل مع العميل من قبل مزود خدمة الشحن لاستلام المنتج المرجع.بعد التأكد من حالة المنتج المسترجع وأنه بحالة جيدة سيتم شحن المنتج البديل.الحالات التي يمكن فيها للعميل إستبدال المنتج .الإستبدال قبل عملية الشحن لعدم رغبة العميل بالمنتج.الإستبدال لمنتج ناقص لم يتم شحنه مع الطلب.الإستبدال لمنتج لم يتم شحنه مع الطلب وتم شحن منتج آخر بالخطأ مع إسترجاع المنتج الذي تم إيصاله بالخطأ.٤) سياسة الإستردادسياسة الإسترداد هي مجموعة من الشروط والمتطلبات التي تحدد عملية استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة.الشروطيمكن للعميل إسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة عن عملية الإلغاء أو الإسترجاع خلال فترة الضمان فقط وهي مدة 7 أيام من تاريخ إستلام المنتج.مدة إسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة حسب وسيلة الدفع كالتالي:الفيزا : خلال 15 يوم عملمدى : خلال 5 أيام عملApple Pay: خلال 15 يوم عملعند انتهاء فترة الضمان لن يتم قبول طلب إسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة. إجراءات الإسترداد:على العميل التواصل مع فريق الدعم الفنيإذا كان العميل يرغب بالالغاء أو الإسترجاع وتوفر شروط ذلك سيتم اعادة المبالغ المدفوعة حسب المدة الموضحة في الشروط.الحالات التي يمكن فيها للعميل إسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة .عند الإلغاء (للمزيد يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الإلغاء)عند الإسترجاع (للمزيد يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الإسترجاع)
